This is by far my favourite yarn. It's knits up perfectly without knots or other problems and looks fantastic.

when I saw the holly berry yarn I new it was perfect for Christmas socks. The yarn arrived quickly in a vacuum sealed bag and once open sprang into life. I have almost finished knitting my socks now on 2.5 20cm circ's and have found the yarn to be as soft as butter and a joy to knit and am looking forward to wearing the socks, I have been knitting socks for over 10 years and have found no problems and would buy this yarn again.
This is lovely wool which knits up very well and is very soft once washed. The wool also wears very well, unlike the ready made socks which WYS make which felt and pill very easily. If washed carefully, this wool does not felt or pill and is hard-wearing. I bought the wool to complete a pair of socks in knitting and I'm slightly concerned the new wool won't match as it looks a fair bit lighter. I would recommend buying the amount you need as the dye is obviously quite variable.
