    Soft and Scrumptious

First time of using Malabrigo and it won't be the last. Lovely to knit with - soft, squishy and smooth - no splitting (knitting lace on 3.5mm) and the roundness of the yarn gives lovely stitch definition. The Ravelry Red colourway is gorgeous - a good definite red, it really glows and has just enough variation from the hand-dye to give it depth and interest.

Description

A soft, smoothly-plied, lightweight sock yarn spun from luxurious merino and treated to make it machine washable for easy care. Don't be fooled by the name - while it's certainly a treat for the feet, this delightful yarn is also a particular favourite for shawls and scarves!

Great for: lace, shawls, scarves, garments, baby and child items, gloves and of course socks!

Yarn Weight:  Sock
Blend:  100% Superwash Merino Wool

Note: Malabrigo comes in small dye lots so please be sure to buy enough yarn for your project. As with any hand dyed yarn, there can be significant shade differences between skeins, even within a dye lot, so we recommend that you alternate skeins every few rows to prevent striping.
