    Smooshy & fantastic colour

Rhodesian is a fantastic, rich colourway for this very soft wool. There is slight variation in colour along my skein which gives a beautiful effect when knitted up. There is some variation in width along the the yarn, however this was much more noticable in a skein of Taupe I purchased alongside this. I am currently using it in a colourwork pattern and the stitch definition is good. It is a dream to knit with, very soft and smooth.

Description

This is it, the original Worsted that made Malabrigo an international favourite! A buttery-soft single ply of fine Uruguayan Merino wool, this yarn has excellent stitch definition, comes in an enormous rainbow of colours (solids, semisolids, and variegateds) and is deliciously squishy and cozy. It’s also fantastic for felting projects! Like all Malabrigo yarns, it is kettle-dyed in small batches by artisan dyers and is full of subtle variation and beauty.

Great for: Accessories and hand-wash-friendly garments, next-to-skin wear, cables, textured stitches, colourwork, felting, anything where warmth and comfort are a factor!

Yarn Weight:  Aran / Worsted
Blend:  100% Merino Wool

Note: Malabrigo comes in small dye lots so please be sure to buy enough yarn for your project. As with any hand dyed yarn, there can be significant shade differences between skeins, even within a dye lot, so we recommend that you alternate skeins every few rows to prevent striping.
