Like a cloud, but in summer
The wool is beautiful, it is soft, it pegs out to shape excellently and does not become all fluff with washing. Why I do not give this one all the stars is for being quietly, quietly blue and yellow for the general effect of being grey, but it is not grey. It is the colour of storm weather elsewhere when the wheat is ripe and bright beneath. My computer screen and the batch I ordered from lied to me that it might be the Tolkien grey I look for, but it is still very beautiful and I made my friend's most beloved winter hat with it. Get this if you desire the subtle colours and defined stitching.
