this is a luxury yarn and I make beaded mitts. only reason not given 5 is because i think the sock yarn is possibly more robust for making the mitts. but horses for courses. this is beautiful
Mechita is the fingering-weight verion of Malabrigo's beautifully dyed single plyed superwash Mecha yarn. Just as soft and rich as the original, but great for lighter projects!
Be sure to get enough yarn to complete your project since each bag of 5 skeins is a different dye lot, and skeins may vary from bag to bag. To ensure random colour distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball.
Great for: Shawls, scarves, garments, accessories, baby and children's items, cables, textured stitches.
