    Fabulous fucsia!

    Malabrigo baby merino yarn is my all time favourite. The colour of this one is slightly brighter than the photos, but beautiful all the same.

    Lovely yarn to work with. This is my second lace scarf using Malabrigo Lace Weight and cannot wait to finish so I can order some of the other yarns;- Fyberspates Scrumptious Lace Yarn and Malabrigo Silkpaca. These scarves will make beautiful gifts for special people. It is a great way to learn lace patterns because scarves are not overwhelming and very easy to manage. Many thanks Woolstack.

Description

This yarn is spun from the finest merino wool, bred for generations by ranchers in Northern Uruguay. The softness and squish of this yarn is simply unparalleled. A delicate lace-weight single, it blocks like a dream and creates a fabric that is the very definition of comfort.

Great for: lace, shawls, scarves, lightweight garments. Works well double-stranded for accessories, garments and colorwork.

Needle Size:  2mm (US 0, UK 14) - 2.75mm (US 2, UK 12)
Tension:  32 stitches to 10cm/4"
Care Instructions:  Hand wash - dry flat

Note: Malabrigo comes in small dye lots so please be sure to buy enough yarn for your project. As with any hand dyed yarn, there can be significant shade differences between skeins, even within a dye lot, so we recommend that you alternate skeins every few rows to prevent striping.
