Malabrigo Lace Weigh Yarn Bobby Blue and natural

The most beautiful yarn I’ve worked with. Soft, gorgeous and knits beautifully. Fabulous kingfisher blue. Thank you to the Woolstack team for ease of ordering and collection.

    Beautiful yarn to work with.

Delivery was very prompt. My friend was very quick to pick out this yarn colour among my wools in order for me to knit a lace scarf for her. Now she is the owner of a beautiful lace scarf (thanks to Malabrigo Lace Yarn) which she is over joyed with.

Description

This yarn is spun from the finest merino wool, bred for generations by ranchers in Northern Uruguay. The softness and squish of this yarn is simply unparalleled. A delicate lace-weight single, it blocks like a dream and creates a fabric that is the very definition of comfort.

Great for: lace, shawls, scarves, lightweight garments. Works well double-stranded for accessories, garments and colorwork.

Yarn Weight:  Lace
Blend:  100% Merino Wool
Ball Weight:  50g
Length:  430m (470 yards)
Needle Size:  2mm (US 0, UK 14) - 2.75mm (US 2, UK 12)

Note: Malabrigo comes in small dye lots so please be sure to buy enough yarn for your project. As with any hand dyed yarn, there can be significant shade differences between skeins, even within a dye lot, so we recommend that you alternate skeins every few rows to prevent striping.
