    Wool stack and Malabrigo

    What a wonderful service Woolstack provides. I wanted this wool and a delivery was due and as soon as it was in stock I received an email letting me know. I placed my order over the phone and Kevin could not have been more helpful particularly as it was being sent to somewhere other than my normal home address. The Malabrigo Arroyo is wonderful quality. Very soft, fabulous colours (I bought Anniversario as well as Aguas) and it is a pleasure to knit up! I highly recommend Woolstack and will be a returning customer!

Description

A soft and sturdy plied sport-weight, Arroyo has quickly become a favourite among knitters! It's perfect for those everyday lightweight (but warm) garments, and the superwash wool means it's easy to take care of. Think of it as Rios's baby brother!

Great for: Shawls, scarves, accessories, lace, textured stitches, cables, lightweight garments, baby and child items.

Blend:  100% Superwash Merino Wool
Ball Weight:  100g
Length:  305m (335 yards)
Needle Size:  3.5mm (US 4, UK 9) - 4mm (US 6, UK 8)
Tension:  20-22 stitches to 10cm/4"
Care Instructions:  Machine wash in cold water - dry flat

Note: Malabrigo comes in small dye lots so please be sure to buy enough yarn for your project. As with any hand dyed yarn, there can be significant shade differences between skeins, even within a dye lot, so we recommend that you alternate skeins every few rows to prevent striping.
