The Zing Starter Set of interchangeable needles contains 5 pairs of needles in popular sizes in 2 length options – 13 cm (5") and 10 cm (4") for most knitting projects. The precise tips and smooth surface work with all kinds of yarns while the joint between the needle and cable prevents snags. The colour-coded needles in vibrant shades and clearly laser printed sizes on each tip make them easy to identify as well as organise. The set includes 360° swivel stainless steel cables and essential accessories, all neatly packed in a convenient zippered fabric case for easy storage and portability.
Interchangeable knitting needles are made up of a pair of needle tips joined by a flexible cable which unlike fixed circulars can be changed to accommodate the width of a project. Compared to fixed circulars, interchangeable are preferred by some because the cable length is adjustable in progress. These needles can be used to knit flat or in the round. Great for large projects as these needles distribute the weight evenly.
Choice of Length These sets come in two tip lengths. Choose from:
Standard Length - approx 13cm (5") long, a popular length for day-to-day use and medium / large projects.
Special / Short Length - approx 10cm (4") long, good for smaller projects. Makes 40cm / 50cm circulars.
