    Wonderful invention

I recently converted to Knitpro Symfonie needles, and find them a dream to work with. I have now tried the interchangeable tips with cables - so far all for straight work. The benefit I find, especially with larger pieces of work, is that the weight is taken on the cables, not the wrists. It is also easy to store the tips in pairs, protected with rubber caps, in a small bag, so more portable than longer needles It only takes a few moments to change the tips. I may never use long needles again! The service from Woolstack is always excellent too, which is helpful, since I can't get these locally

    best knitting experience

I was totally surprised at how easy it is to knit with the tips. Yarn just slides over and it is effortless to knit with cotton yarn.

    Very good

Contrary to my expectations the interchangeables are very smooth and the cable stays attached to the needles rather well. I'm enjoying knitting with them.

    good products good service

i received the needles i bought after 2 days. very happy with the service and the quality of the needles. Only noticed the tips of 1 pair of needles are not exactly the same size. but this is ok since it won't affect my knitting. definitely will recommend to friends.

Description

These beautiful Symfonie Wood Interchangeable Needle Tips from KNITPRO are ideal for anyone wishing to complement their existing collection of KNITPRO interchangeable circular needles

Of course the colour is what first catches your eye. But, the beauty is more than skin deep. The layers of laminated birch give the needles a strength that is missing in regular wooden needles.

The stability allows KnitPro to shape sharp points- particularly nice for lace knitting.

Being wood, the burnished surface has a slight grip so slick yarns like mohair and angora don't slip off at the wrong time. This quality also makes them an excellent choice for beginning knitters, who sometimes have trouble keeping stitches on the needles.

The tips are between approx 11.5cm and 13cm long (including metal base) depending on size.

They are designed for use with all KnitPro cables, except for the 40cm cable as this is designed specifically for KnitPro short tips. While the 40cm cable will attach to these tips, it will limit the angle you will be able to get between the tips to around 60 degrees.
