I have been using Knit-Pro Needle Tips for a few years now, but usually the wooden Symphonie ones which I love! Just recently though I was knitting with a cotton slub yarn which I as finding difficult to work with. These Nova metal tips solved the problem though.

I'm really pleased with these Nova interchangeable needles. I have a small set of the wooden symfonie short tips an these Nova just enhance my collection. Certain yarns just knit better with different needles a having a selection of tips has been really helpful in persevering with knitting.
After purchasing many KnitPro Symfonie interchangeable tips I decided to pick up these Nova ones. They are amazing, very slick and smooth and they glide beautifully. I prefer these to my wooden ones now! The points are also very sharp and perfect for lace knitting. I highly recommend them!
These needles are really good. They are very slick and the tips have just the right degree of sharpness - not so sharp that they split the yarn but sharp enough to be able to dig into the stitches when doing some complicated manoeuvre.
I already had a set of plastic needles, but lacked this size. I love knitting with them and I even think I'll buy a whole set of metal tips when mine gets a little older ;)

The needles from Knit Pro's Nova Metal range are specially engineered from hollow brass pipes that make the needles light in weight making for hours of comfortable knitting. The lustrous silky surface enables your stitches to move along the needle without restriction.
The tips are between approx 11.5cm and 12.5cm long depending on size.
They are designed for use with all KnitPro cables, except for the 40cm cable as this is designed specifically for KnitPro short tips. While the 40cm cable will attach to these tips, it will limit the angle you will be able to get between the tips to around 60 degrees.
