Knit Pro Chart Keeper Pattern Holder (Amber/Black) Small
This is lovely! Contain a zipped inside pocket, flap to protect the end of the zip from scratching your chart when closed, black biro pen, pen loop, one magnet strip, and 3 magnets. It's sturdy on the inside and nicely cushioned on the outside. One popper to close on the front, and two top poppers on the back, so you can stand it up when open in two different positions. It's size is quite similar to A5 Filofax size, so even the small version is a good size; although my bag is always quite full so I smaller sized version, for self-made patterns on notepaper would be better suited for me personally when travelling. If you have A5 sized patterns, or tend to fold A4 patterns in half when you use them, them then this would be a perfect size for you. The stitching is top notch and the quality of the product is very good.
I have yet to use it properly, as I'm using a currently using a spiral bound notebook and writing my own pattern for two different blankets I'm working on; so I haven't tested the magnets completely, but they seem quite strong, and are holding a mini tester pattern in place since I got it. No magnet slippage issues have occurred.
I could have done with another magnet strip, so I'm going to order one desperately.
I like the design and pattern, but I personally prefer black, so I wish I had ordered the Magma version. Nevermind though; I'll just order a Magma version at some point and gift this one to a friend (when I visit the UK next - when the lockdown is over).
I am very happy with this product and would, and will, be ordering one again.
Also, delivery was quite prompt to Ireland, and I always overt worry when ordering from a company for the first time, while waiting for my package. Royal Mail tracking was a bust! They constantly just said my package was being prepared and the sender had let them know it would be with them soon. The night before I received it the status hadn't changed. I had already messaged the website earlier that day and got a prompt and very detailed reply about their Royal Mail experience so far. The next morning (yesterday) I received my package. Shipped 24th April, and received 29th April (UK > Ireland). Total thumbs down for Royal Mail for how they deal with this company's packages, and I order from the UK online quite a bit, and they manage to scan other company's packages just fine, so the tracking stays updated, so yeah, they do not provide a good service for this company's packages (besides actually collecting and delivering them successfully). Forgot to mention, my package visited Customs too, so extra pleased with how quickly my package actually arrived.
I will definitely be ordering from this company again!
Note: I ordered multiple items from this company for the first time, so I will be copying parts of my revies and adding them to other product reviews (that came with the same order; so others can read my first time order experience with this company).
