I couldn't find a high street shop that sold very short circular needles, and I needed one for the sleeves of an Icelandic jumper which was knitted entirely in the round. Although these needles were not cheap , especially after postage) they enabled me to complete the pattern, so I am happy.without having to use

I bought these mainly for sweater knitting after having had three pairs of wooden fixed circulars ( by a different manufacturer) break off at the shank. They did not disappoint, and I've since bought more in different sizes and cable lengths. Highly recommend these - not at all heavy to use, very smooth joins - possibly the best ever - and soft cable which does not kink. A very relaxing knit.
